Instruction: 1. Wet mold with water and shake off excess moisture. 2. Place mold onto a clean flat surface such as on a cutting board. 3. Fill mold with cooked rice. 4. Place plunger into mold and press into flat surface (this will both compact the rice so that it will hold its shape and indent a little hole for the elephant's eyes and ears). 5. Lift mold up over plunger, releasing molded rice. 6. Decorate elephant as desired such as with sesame seeds, seaweed, shiso leaves, ketchup, furikake, etc.
